Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable, mention your minimum order value).
Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout for other orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (if available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
